Wojciech Ratymirski

Since 2001, he has been professionally involved in accounting, controlling and corporate finance. He gained many years of experience in the areas of corporate finance management, investment settlements and controlling, among others as a financial director, including companies listed on the WSE, and conducting consultancy and advisory activities.
In the course of his professional career, he repeatedly participated in capital transactions, both on the selling and the buying side. He advised on M & A transactions, restructuring and carried out due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. At the request of private investors, the responsible party successfully carried out several processes of entering and leaving investments, achieving high rates of return for investors. A lawyer and political scientist by education (University of Wrocław), a graduate of post-graduate studies “Accounting and financial control” at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. Has the Accounting Certificate of the Ministry of Finance.
Michał Urbanowski

Financial director, advisor and entrepreneur. Corporate finance specialist with many years of experience in consulting companies (EY, Arthur Andersen). In 2011-2017 the investment and financial director in the venture capital fund. Alumnus of Engineering studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate MBA studies. Passionate about helping technology startups with financial, technological and business aspects.
Konrad Wysmułek
Senior Investment Analyst
Konrad graduated in chemistry from the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, and shortly after graduation he was employed as a researcher at the Institute of Electronic Materials Technology, where he worked for 4 years on photocatalytic semiconductor materials. During his scientific career, he published several articles in reputable scientific journals (one of them was cited in Nature), organized two international conferences, received a grant from the National Science Center in the amount of PLN 300,000 and opened a doctoral dissertation. There he also gained his first experience in the field of cooperation between science and business. Currently associated with ValueTech Seed and MIT Enterprise Forum, where he supports startups using his technical knowledge. In his free time, he develops the ability to swim on a wakeboard, and in the off-season he takes his board to the slope. A fan of the works of the Nolan brothers, especially the Westworld series dealing with social impact and ethical issues related to real artificial intelligence. He sincerely hopes the robots will not rebel against humanity, at least not in his lifetime.
Krzysztof Knopp

Krzysztof holds a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, MA in finance and accounting (specialization: capital investments and corporate financial strategies) at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Poznań, as well as a master’s degree in economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics in Poznań.
He has nearly 4 years of experience in the area of corporate finance, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial modeling, private equity and venture capital transactions. He gained his professional experience working in private equity and venture capital funds, Deloitte (corporate finance / M&A) consulting company, fund of funds (PFR Ventures) and several law firms with an economic profile.
Awarded with the scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province, Rector of the University of Economics in Poznań and Rector of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań for outstanding scientific achievements. He graduated from the 11th edition of the Akademia Liderów Rynku Kapitałowego established at the Lesław A. Paga. Winner of the nationwide CFA Ethics Challenge.
